Claudia Gómez, psychologist, recalls that it is advisable to sleep without a mobile phone. It is aimed in particular at those who are highly dependent and recommends avoiding the use of screens in general before going to sleep (1 hour or 30 minutes) to avoid problems falling asleep and thus be able to enjoy a quality rest. .

“If we use screens just before bed, we delay the production of melatonin, a hormone responsible for inducing sleep. Our rest and the quality of our sleep will be affected,” she explains.
