VinFast will offer its customers two subscription formulas for its batteries: Flexible and Fixed. For the Flexible package, which is more accessible and intended for motorists who travel less than 500 km per month, the details should be unveiled soon.
After taking out one of the subscriptions, the Vietnamese manufacturer will bear all the costs of maintenance and repair of the battery and will replace it free of charge when its capacity is less than 70%, which will allow motorists to drive the peace of mind. These offers will be applied to all electric vehicles sold in Europe until the end of 2023. From 2024, vehicles will be available with or without a battery subscription.
A newcomer to the market, VinFast will have to seduce, what is certain is that the Vietnamese manufacturer is giving itself the means to achieve its ambitions.
